I am the author of Stress Management & Stress Reduction, The 5 Steps to a Stress-Free Life, a book that has been translated into 20 languages. I have written three books. I am the editor-in-chief of Stress Management and Stress Reduction: The Practical Guide to Stress Reduction, and a regular contributor to the National Stress Management Association's newsletter, Stress Management: The New Balance for Health, Happiness and Wellness. I am an expert in the areas of stress management and stress reduction. I have helped people manage their stress and they have found success. I have published more than 100 books, and I have taught hundreds of seminars around the world.
In addition, I have consulted for the White House, The United Nations, the United States Congress and the American Medical Association. I have written for numerous professional publications and been published in several books. I have traveled the world lecturing to the people about the stress-reducing power of exercise. I have done hundreds of thousands of hours of exercise and have been a member of the Olympic Weightlifting Team for more than 20 years. My strength training is done on a daily basis, every day.
